Top candidates are always in demand and
very hard to find. 20% of the candidate pool in any industry are always passively
or actively looking. These candidates answer ads, respond to web postings,
and may even contact companies directly, but they seldom accept new
opportunities.
Our Mission
is
to "drill down" to that 80% of candidates who are presently employed and
not actively looking for a new opportunity. These candidates are successful,
hard-working, and may not be aware that a great opportunity exists until
we contact them. Note that occasionally we surface an unemployed candidate
who, through no fault of their own is available. We will always present you
with the best qualified candidates.
